ORDERS + SHIPPING
Not everything available at our physical store is available online. If you see anything you're interested in that we post via Instagram or Facebook, please email us at orders@LeannaLinsWonderland.com. We can email you an invoice created for you from our website. Online + Phone/Email orders take 2-3 days to process. We also accept international orders. If you need anything shipped out quicker, please let us know & we'll accommodate you. We recycle our packaging supplies.

 

Domestic Orders:

Shipping rates are based on weight and distance. 

**Los Angeles residents pay 9.5% sales tax

**California residents pay 7.25% sales tax

Leanna Lin's Wonderland is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address, so please double check your address before placing your order. 

 

International Orders:

Orders under $35 are shipped via USPS First Class Air Mail

Orders over $100 are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail

Leanna Lin's Wonderland is not responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund orders that are returned to us due to unsuccessful deliveries. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are un-happy with your item/s your purchased online,  please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package if you need to return or exchange an item. Email us at orders@LeannaLinsWonderland.com. Once you get an approval to ship back the item(s), you are responsible for making sure it is delivered to Leanna Lin's Wonderland in un-opened and new condition. Once your item is mailed back to us, we will evaluate the condition and either refund your original payment method or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ALL ART + SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
