Refund policy

If you are un-happy with your item/s your purchased online, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package to return or exchange an item. Email us at orders@LeannaLinsWonderland.com. You are responsible for return shipping cost and making sure your item/s are delivered to Leanna Lin's Wonderland in un-opened and new condition. Once your item is mailed back to us, we will evaluate the condition and either refund your original payment method or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
