Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
If you are unhappy with anything you purchased online, and wish to return or exchange something, please email us here within 7 days of receiving your package. Once you get an approval to ship back the item(s), you are responsible for making sure it is delivered to Leanna Lin's Wonderland in un-opened and new condition. Once your item is mailed back to us, we will evaluate the condition and either refund to your original payment method or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
