Shopping in-store gives you the biggest selection, and– as not all items can be listed online right away– you have your pick of the newest releases.
Shopping in-store is definitely the most fun!

SHIPPING: Wed-Fri (during shop hours)

Orders are shipped out Wed-Fri, and go out within 48 hours of ordering. If you have a rush order, we will try our best to accommodate you. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.

We ship within the contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. Our shipping rates are in real time via USPS and automatically calculated by weight and zone. 
We do not ship internationally.



LOCAL PICK-UP: Wed-Fri (12-7pm) + Sat-Sun (11am-5pm)

Once an order comes through, it will be ready for pick-up within 1 hour, during shop hours. Once we fulfill your order, you will get an email notification that it is ready for pick-up. If you need your order sooner, please call the shop to let us know. 

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Just give us your Name + Order # when you come inside! If you need us to bring it out to you car, call the shop (323) 550-1332 and we will bring it out to you. If we don't answer the phone, we are likely helping another customer, so try calling back.



COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAP + PERSONALIZED CARDS

Please reply to your order confirmation email if you would like anything gift wrapped. If you purchase a greeting card, you can also ask us to handwrite a message inside. This is all complimentary, as we want your online experience to be just has fun as your in-store experience.
