"Over the years I’ve taken notice at how vital a role my beloved pets have played in my artistic process.
They are muses, they are spirit lifters, they are life savers.
I thought it would be fun to explore the bond between other artists and their fur kids, and the concept of this show was born.
I knew the bond would be shown at an even deeper level by pairing the portrait with an art piece created by the artist dedicated to their pet.
I approached a handful of friends and went to work. What you see in this show is the first installment of this ongoing project - exploring the beauty and bond between artists and their pets."
