Join us for a special after hours holiday Friends & Family Holiday Shopping Event on Saturday, Dec. 10th from 5-9pm with a special Artist Family Pop-Up featuring The Artist Sisters: CJ Metzger & Miss Mindy and Sophie! We all started working together doing holiday art shows since the existence of Leanna Lin's Wonderland in 2010 and we are super excited to catch up with ya'll and celebrate the holiday season with good health, love, and friendship!
They'll be bringing hand-painted ornaments, hand crafted jewelry, ceramics, art prints, original art, books + MM's vinyl's & resins from back stock. We'll be getting a re-stock in of the Miss Mindy x Nightmare Before Christmas resins (all signed up), including the latest Jack & Sally.
Kindred Kolaches will also be popping up in front with their sweet and savory kolaches and Mexican hot chocolate! This will be a fun time to get more holiday shopping done, while supporting locally!

ABOUT:
Candace (CJ) Metzger: Born in California to a family of makers, artists, authors & teachers. She’s a visual storyteller, creating artwork & designs in an enchanting studio built by her artist grandparents, surrounded by giant Ficus trees. Candace's artwork combines painting and collage with digital and mixed media, and explores whimsical narratives & characters in wondrous and sometimes melancholy predicaments. She draws inspiration from her daughter, folk art, mythology, nature, animals— both real and imagined— and a collection of ephemera & vintage books.
Miss Mindy: The whimsical artist Miss Mindy creates ‘Cartoon Folk Art’ in her home studio in Eagle Rock, CA. Her creations range from fluid line work and hand-crafted dimensional ‘Pop UP’ paintings to custom toys and sculptures. She’s gained immense notoriety for her custom toys and one of a kind sculptures, including the work she’s done with Disney Parks for over a decade. Mindy continues to paint commissions for her private collectors whilst character designing, art directing, and creating experimental cartoons and design for animation studios. Look out for some super secret projects from this special artist in 2023!
Sophie Metzger: Born and raised in Los Angeles into a family of wonderfully weird artists, Sophie expresses her bright and colorful personality in her multi-media creations. She is an artist and designer, whose passions span many mediums, including ceramic sculptures, collage, jewelry making, and found object art. Her passion for the sculptural, built, and experiential world can be seen in every project she undertakes. She is currently a student and pursuing a degree in Spatial experience design.
Kindred Kolaches: Jackie and Janeesa are longtime mom friends and kindred spirits! One day, bonding over a shared love of Kolaches, they realized there was a lack of Kolache presence in LA. They knew that people needed to try these delicious, pillowy dough-filled (sweet or savory) pastries— thus Kindred Kolaches was born! Try out their traditional Kolache flavors, along with fusion flavors inspired by their Korean & Mexican mothers!
